The patient-facing app of Biofourmis Care@Home™ aims to enhance patient engagement by displaying vital signs and facilitating communication between patients and their care teams. Once connected to compatible devices via Bluetooth, the app automatically displays outputs from these devices, streamlining the monitoring process.

It is crucial to note that access to Biofourmis Care@Home™ requires a clinician's advice and prescription. Upon prescription, clinicians will register and onboard patients into the program.
